KHSAA Annual Meeting - Modernizing our Athletic Events

At the KHSAA Annual meeting there were a lot of great products we all should be considering as we are modernizing our Athletic events.  As we know, the world is highly informed, online and interacting on personal devices more than any other thing.
Pixellot offers a great opportunity for our two high schools to generate interest, build community, and celebrate the achievement of our students.
Please consider this as a way to stream your events in the high tech world of online streaming.  It would also generate income with subscriptions and we would have more people subscribe than they would attend games.

Also, one camera and all the bells and whistles = $4950 or $9500 for two systems.

Also, please  consider Online ticketing for 19-20 through the Huddle Tickets program called GoFan.  You can sell passes and tickets online and start streamlining your gate processes.  Feedback from Campbellsville and Tim Davis is that is a great product!  Online sales of passes minimize your work making passes and taking money by hand.  Printouts of online ticket sales is much easier than filling out ticket sheet.  Also, connecting to your online market, community members can buy passes, tickets, etc, and not have to wait in line to buy tickets.

If you're not already using ArbiterPay, many in our Region and surrounding areas would highly suggest it.  Cutting down the amount of work our bookkeepers and ourselves do to collect paperwork, write, sign and mail checks is well worth using this system.
